Description
All potential respondents to this tender should be aware that an extension of two (2) weeks has been granted for the supply of SAMPLE MOBILE AND PORTABLE RADIOS ONLY. The closing date for submitting samples only will now be 2:00pm Monday 05 April 2004.
The closing date for submitting a tender has not altered and remains at 2:00pm 22 March 2004. Any tender submission received after the tender closing date will not be accepted.
Samples only will be accepted after the closing date of tenders, and only during the extension period. ALL samples received must have a reference in the tender documents. Any sample submitted without reference will be rejected.
Respondents are requested to make reference in their response whether a sample is accompanying the tender documents or will be delivered during the sample extension period. Samples received after the sample extension period will be rejected.
