Perth Fire Station
Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of The Department of Fire and Emergency Services is seeking tenders from registered builders with recent experience to undertake the construction of the Decontamination facility in accordance with the tender documents provided for Perth Fire Station
A mandatory site inspection will take place at 11.00am Wednesday 13 February 2013 at Perth Fire Station, 156 Wellington Street, East Perth
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
Tenders shall be submitted in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope as detailed in the Spotless Preliminaries and Conditions of Tendering documentation provided.
Tender selection shall be based on best value for money and suitable experience, the lowest of any tenderer need not necessarily be selected.
Closing date: 2.00pm Tuesday 26 February 2013
