Provision of Gym Instruction Services for Staff Amenities Fund Members at Facilities located on-site at Royal Perth Hospital Wellington Street and Shenton Park for South Metropolitan Area Health Servi

The Staff Amenities Fund provides recreational facilities, amenities, cultural, social and sporting activities for the benefit of its members, in accordance with the Royal Perth Hospital’s (RPH) policies and procedures. The Staff Amenities Fund is funded from member contributions for the provision of these services.
The Staff Amenities Fund requires gym instruction services at its two (2) gym facilities located at the Wellington Street Campus and the Shenton Park Campus for a period of two (2) years with an option to extend the Contract for a further period of 12 months exercisable at the sole discretion of the Customer.
