The South Australian Housing Trust is seeking tenders from suitably qualified organisations for the provision of a Plumbing/Roof, Plumbing/Gas Fitting maintenance service on trust rental properties located in both metropolitan and country areas throughout South Australia. Tenderers are invited to lodge their submission against the terms and conditions specified within the tender document. Contractor Information Sessions will be held in Adelaide and in Regional Country Towns as listed in the Tender Document. It is strongly recommended that all Tenderers attend one of the listed information sessions to be informed of the key changes to these period contracts.
