The works comprise the upgrade of the fire hydrant system and associated fire services; provision of split airconditioning systems; modifications to water pipework, ventilation systems; provision of new diesel tank, removal of redundant underground tank and site remediation and associated building and related works. Tenders will only be considered from tenderers who are DAIS Prequalified Mechanical Services Contractors in Category 3 at the time of tender close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
