The Queen Elizabeth Hospital Redevelopment Stage 1

Project comprises the construction of new 200 bed three storey ward accommodation (approximate floor area of 11 600 m2) including associated civil and landscaping works and the demolition of the eight storey and basement Connor Building. On the basis of information submitted in accordance with the registration document, registrants will be shortlisted to tender for the project. Registrants shall note that a value selection process will apply to the tender assessment. Expressions of interest will only be considered from DAIS Category 1 pre-qualified general building contractors. Late registrations may not be considered and no registration will necessarily be accepted.
