DPTI Public Transport Projects Alliance

The Department for Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI) invites prequalified companies / consortia to submit a response to this Expression of Interest (EoI) for a Project Alliance Agreement (PAA) for the delivery of Public Transport Projects, including the Oaklands Rail Crossing Grade Separation and the Port Dock Railway Line projects.

Companies / consortia who meet the prequalification requirements (R3, B4, F100) and are interested in working with DPTI to deliver the Program are required to send an email to “Attn: Ms Samantha Brown, DPTI Procurement and Contracting” at address: [email hidden] and shall include the following details:

Upon receipt of the above information from companies / consortia who meet the prequalification requirements, the consortia ("Registrants") will be registered on the Information Management System (Teambinder) and will be provided access to the Expression of Interest document. Registrants will be required to sign a Deed of Confidentiality and submit to [email hidden] in order to obtain access to the PAA and Technical Information.
