Paviliouns & Furniture Fit-Out - Clipsal 500 Adelaide

Expressions of Interest are sought from suitably qualified organisations for the purpose of providing Pavilions and Furniture Fit-out services to the South Australian Motor Sport Board for the Clipsal 500 Adelaide 2016 event and continuing until the 2018 event, subject to satisfactory performance.

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following;

• Provide all equipment, machinery, labour, supervision, quality control and warehousing necessary for the supply and hire, delivery to site, erection, maintenance and removal of all pavilion structures, furniture fit-out, and fittings.
• Erection, fixing and dismantle of pavilion structures on the natural ground, and scaffold platforms.
• Supply and installation of all furniture fit-out to all corporate suites, merchandising displays, catering outlets, site offices, and other miscellaneous facilities.
• Supply, install and dismantle display fencing between corporate facilities, at entranceways, and to control pedestrian movement.
• Attendance, surveillance and maintenance of all infrastructure supplied pre, post and during the Event.

A comprehensive Scope of Works will be provided to the applicants chosen to proceed to the tendering stage.
