Description
This project comprises providing R22 replacement specific refrigerated split systems and new refrigerated split systems to the ground and first floors of the eastern office wing of the City of Tea Tree Gully Civic Centre.
Included in the works is the provision of new exhaust fans, fresh air heat recovery system, cleaning of existing ductwork, new BMS system and air admittance valves to existing sewer vents.
