Payroll Services and HRMIS

The Australian Office of Financial Management invites Tenders for the provision of payroll services and associated human resource management information system.

The AOFM requires a provider to operate a cost effective, reliable and efficient payroll and human resource administration system in accordance with Australian Government legislation and policies. This will include maintaining the human resource management information system (HRMIS) and records as required by the Fair Work Act 2009, tax legislation, superannuation legislation and other Commonwealth legislation relevant to employment as varied from time to time.
The provider will support a high quality human resource administration capability and foster continuous improvement in payroll and human resource administration.
The Services to be provided include:
a. System configuration to meet the AOFM's requirements;
b. Payroll administration and data processing;
c. Employee self service (ESS) delivered to staff desktops in all locations;
d. System administration (including disaster recovery) and security;
e. Access to a fully integrated HRMIS; and
f. Help desk service for resolution of technical, software and employee enquiries.
