Learning and Development Services Panel

CASA is seeking to establish a Panel of providers (Panellists) who have the necessary skills and capacity to provide a range of learning and development services.

The period of the Panel arrangement will be three (3) years, with a two (2) and one (1) year options exercisable at CASA’s discretion.CASA will require these services from members of the Panel (Panellists) on an ‘as needs basis’.

CASA will enter into a deed of standing offer with the successful Panellists based on the draft deed of standing offer at Enclosure 1 of the Request for Tender (RFT).

The range of learning and development services required will include the following:

• Development of blended learning solutions and support services;

• Instructional design, and content development;

• Training delivery including facilitation conducted face-to-face;

• Organisational training needs and gap analysis;

• Development of evaluation solutions; and

• Development of assessment strategies and resources.
