Description
Under the direction of MPC, the Territory is seeking a Commercial Advisor to work closely with the CTR Project, the Design and Technical Advisors team and other key stakeholders in relation to the CTR Project, to develop the business case, and provide whole-of project commercial advisory services and additional related business case and commercial services throughout the life of the Project.
The core components of the engagement to be undertaken are:
PART A Full Business Case (Construction)
Prepare and develop a full Business Case (Construction),
compliant with the Tier One requirements of the Capital
Framework (as linked in Chapter 1.1).
PART B Whole-of-Project Commercial Advisory Services
Provide whole-of-project commercial advisory services.
PART C: Future Business Cases (if required)
Provide and develop further business cases required for
potential scope variations throughout the Project, if required.
