Description
The Territory intends to establish a Panel of Contractors to provide energy efficiency services to eligible ACT households. The Panel will comprise the following Service Categories:
1A. National Residential Efficiency Scorecard Assessments;
1B. Renters Home Energy Assessments;
1C. Homeowner Home Energy Assessments;
2. Draught Proofing in homes;
3. Window Insulation (blockout curtains and pelmets).
