The Territory is seeking to engage a suitably qualified Contractor(s) to provide planned preventative and reactive maintenance services on Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and associated equipment (including Building Management Systems (BMS)) at ACT Government Colleges, Schools and Education Directorate Office Locations across the Territory network of locations.
