Description

The Swan Canning Riverpark Foreshore Risk Identification and Mapping (Risk Mapping) Project aims to identify, understand and communicate risk to the Swan Canning Riverpark (the Riverpark) from erosion, inundation and climate change impacts by applying risk identification processes. The project will review and use existing data (and possibly undertake minor priority data collection), to produce foreshore risk maps of the Riverpark at 2025, 2050 and 2125 and identify at risk foreshore assets. The project will develop and implement a Foreshore Land Managers (FLMs) engagement process to promulgate this information to FLM’s. This will ensure the project outputs are technically sound, meeting FLM needs, and will contribute to disaster risk planning and management outcomes across the Riverpark.
