Description
The Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety’s (DEMIRS) Abandoned Mines Program (AMP) is working to reduce the public safety risks and rehabilitate high risk areas associated with the extensive collieries underground workings within the Collie Basin. The Customer requires geotechnical engineering services to support the assessment and remediation of the below ground mine features, mine subsidence and any subsidence risk zones within the Area of Interest (AOI).
The Consultant will be required to conduct desktop and on site geotechnical assessments, investigation and remediation option studies, and develop technical specification documents to be used in the development of remediation tender
