This project comprises the demolition of the former SA Housing Trust Building, the refitting of several city buildings and the construction of a new City Watch House Administration in preparation for the relocation of the SA Police – ALSA relocation from 1 Angas Street. The project will be construction managed and the scope of works let as a series of trade packages. Tenders are sought for the following trade packages that DO NOT require DAIS prequalification in this instance. - Floor Coverings (package 1) – the supply and laying of carpet and vinyl. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
