Tenders for the following project are invited from Department for Administrative and Information Services (DAIS) Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 4. The works comprise the construction of new hub facility at Morton Road, Christies Beach. Scope of works includes new building, siteworks, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic services. Approximate area of works is 252m2. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 4 at the time tenders close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
