Description

The works in this contract are arranged in 4 parts, Part A, B, C & D. The Principal may, in its absolute discretion, award all parts, or one or more parts only of the Works to one or more Contractors to meet management requirements and/or budget constraints. The Contractor is encouraged to submit an offer on all parts of the works but may choose to submit an offer on only one or more parts. The Contract period is 12 to 14 months, with completion all Parts required by April 2024.

The scope of works consists of the supply, fabrication and construction of:

  • Approximately 670m, 1.8m (typical width) wheelchair accessible concrete pathway.
  • A mild steel stair structure and 2 x mild steel and timber lookout structures.
  • Approximately 163m mild steel modular ramped stair structure.
  • Timber retaining steps on a beach access track.
  • Associated retaining walls, drainage, stone pitching, rehabilitation, restoration of the existing trigonometry marker, landscaping, and other works as outlined in the specifications and construction drawings.
