Description
The Information and Communications Technology Division (ICT) of the Department of Education (the Department) is seeking to establish a contract for the provision of recovery services for PC and Apple notebook computers provided to teachers under the Notebooks for Teachers Program.
The devices are provided under a three-year operating lease and will require collection, sanitization, repackaging and hand-off to the respective Financier at the end of the lease. Additionally, some notebooks may require repair services under warranty or insurance provisions.
