Description
DBCA is seeking to engage a suitable contractor for the construction of a slip lane onto the existing entry road into the Pinnacles Desert Discovery (PDD) centre, Nambung National Park. The associated gatehouse is the first point of contact with visitors as they enter the PDD precinct. The slip lane is required to alleviate traffic pressure during peak periods and provide priority access for Commercial Tour Operators.
The construction of the slip road is not to be carried out between 6 and 26 April 2023 (Easter school holidays) as this is the busiest period of the year in terms of visitation to the Pinnacles.
Project to be completed by 15 June 2023
