Treatment Plant Upgrade Program

Coliban Water invites tender submissions for the Provision of Services for treatment plant upgrades throughout its region in North-Central Victoria. The scope of works will include the design and construction of treatment plant process upgrades including PAC dosing, UV disinfection, wash water recovery/treatment systems, fluoride dosing, standalone booster chlorination systems, lagoon treatment systems including earthworks, civil works and other miscellaneous upgrades. This will include a program of works to increase the reliability and capability of Coliban Water treatment plants across the regions to meet current and future demands and regulatory requirements.

Coliban Water are seeking to partner with a minimum of two Contractors to deliver the planned works which will take place over the current regulatory period and the next regulatory period (until -2033). Location of the works will be within the Coliban Water Region. Tenderers will have the opportunity to tender for either the primarily mechanical/electrical process based upgrades or the civil/earthworks lagoon based upgrades individually or both.

The procurement delivery model will be traditional partnering under the VicWater Framework Agreement for Major Projects with individual packages being issued under the Framework Arrangement. Question will be answered up until 5:00pm on Thursday 12 September 2024 and Question and Answer Addendums will be posted on this site intermittently.

Note that Local Jobs First, Fair Jobs Code and Social Procurement requirements will form part of this tender.
