Description
The Public Transport Services requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant for the proposed Butler station to a professional standard and can generally be described as:
Stage 1 – Masterplanning, functional planning, and project definition;
Stage 2 – Conceptual and schematic design (to 15%);
Stage 3 – Design development (to 85%);
Stage 4 – Final Design, Tender and Post Tender; and
Stage 5 – Contract management (as an option to be exercised by the Principal prior to award of the station construction contract)
Project Management of all Stages will be an integral part of the consultant services.
