Caretaker Services for a Commercial Camping Ground at Fortescue Bay, Tasman National Park

The Parks and Wildlife Service is seeking a suitably experienced individual or company to provide services required to operate a commercial camping ground situated on the Tasman Peninsula at Fortescue Bay. The successful tenderer will be required to run an office providing public information, campsite bookings and payments, and servicing and maintenance of visitor and management facilities in accordance with the Parks policies and procedures. The successful tenderer will be required to enter into an accommodation lease for the onsite premises, in order to provide a presence onsite for a minimum of 293 days and evenings per year.
