Construction of a new facility to provide training in the automotive, electro-technology, building & construction (inc. plumbing & drainage), glazing, wood machining and metals trades. The new Centre will incorporate 3 workshop training areas and associated storage spaces, a covered outdoor work area, 2 general learning areas, student amenities and staff accommodation inc. an office, interview room, resource and storage spaces, together with associated site works.
