Demolition of two blocks of double storey townhouses uncluding two fire damaged units and removal of all debris, fencing, trees and shrubs within the fence boundaries.
Contract will be awarded after the transfer of the last rental tenant vacates. (may be up to 4 weeks of tender closing)
