Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of Central Institute of Technology is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors with recent experience in ‘Way finding’ signage projects to undertake the design, fabrication, supply and install of signage works at the above Central Institute of Technology campus’ s as outlined and in accordance with the specifications provided.
Tenderers will need to register for documents with Beryl Maynard on 9288 1255 or by emailing [email hidden] by no later than
4.00pm Friday 4 November 2011.
Documents will be available for pickup between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm
Tuesday 8 November 2011.

A mandatory site inspection will take place at 8.00am on Wednesday 9 November 2011 at Leederville Campus, Richmond Street, in the Level 2 Student Services area.
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
Tenders shall be submitted in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope as detailed in the Spotless Preliminaries and Conditions of Tendering documentation provided.
Tender selection shall be based on best value for money and suitable experience, the lowest of any tenderer need not necessarily be selected.
Closing date: 2.00pm Wednesday 30 November 2011.
