The Works in this Contract provide for the clearing, construction of site regrading, soil stabilisation, road pavements, stormwater drainage, sealing and subsidiary works as shown or implied in the Drawings and Specifications. All labour and materials required for the construction and the completion of the Works shall be included in accordance with the General Conditions, the Drawings and the Specifications and to DEC’s and the Engineer’s satisfaction.
