The Department of Training and Workforce Development (the Customer) administers the initial and ongoing registration of Group Training Organisations (GTOs) in Western Australia. GTOs are audited against the National Standards for Group Training Organisations 2017 (the Standards) at the end of their first year of registration and every three (3) years thereafter to maintain registration.
