Description

The Department of Finance and Deregulation is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Start-up Contractors to provide a Concept Design and Feasibility Study for the proposed redevelopment of the Villawood Immigration Detention Centre (VIDC) in Sydney, New South Wales.

The proposed redevelopment will aim to upgrade and enhance the VIDC to meet current standards for the design and fitout of immigration detention facilities.

The Concept Design and Feasibility Study will include, among other services:
• Site and building investigations, as necessary;
• Concept design options, feasibility and risk assessments;
• Functional Design Briefs;
• Project Delivery Strategy;
• Project Cost Plan and Construction Program; and
• Management of Stakeholder Approvals.

This is a single stage Request for Tender (RFT) process. Tenderers will be assessed on their response to the criteria detailed in the RFT documentation.
