Description
The FCFCOA is now seeking to establish an ongoing program of proactive wellbeing supports and services for Judges and Senior Judicial Registrars. It is intended that through the engagement of an appropriate Service Provider the FCFCOA will be able to offer targeted, tailored wellbeing services which recognises that Judges and Senior Judicial Registrars hearing complex matters require support and regular opportunities to debrief to promote wellbeing and best practice, to avoid risk of vicarious trauma and burnout
