Description
The Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) has a requirement for the provision of Security Services for the Muresk Institute, Northam.
The Services are required for an intial one (1) year followed by two (2) extension options, each of 12 months duration, exercisable at the absolute discretion of DTWD.
The security services will comprise of:
(a) Mobile Patrol Services;
(b) Security Officer On-Call Service;
(c) Ad-Hoc Security Officer Services; and
(d) Customer Service After Hours.
The redevelopment of Muresk Insitute has aimed to maintain the site as iconic community asset and focal point for training and higher education as well as expanding the range of courses delivered there. Muresk Institute will be promoted to training and education providers and other organisations requiring training or boarding facilities and has been developed as a multi-tenanted and multi-functional training and education facility.
The successful Respondent is required to have the capacity to increase resources to provided up to 24 hours, 7 days a week mobile patrol services, if required.
