Provision of Creative Advertising, Marketing and Related Services

Challenger Institute of Technology has a requirement for the successful Respondent to develop, manage and implement an integrated communications and advertising strategy relating to the Western Australian State Training Providers (STP’s).

The purpose of the strategy is to create an across government framework that raises community awareness of the range and quality of TAFE courses provided through the STP’s system in Western Australia. It should provide the opportunity to communicate both aspirational and functional messages, and offer a single reference point to demonstrate the range of TAFE courses available throughout the State for people at all career levels. It should acknowledge the key role the STP’s play in providing choice of quality training for Western Australians.

The strategy will work in tandem with and relate to the communications and branding with key stakeholders which will include Challenger Institute of Technology, and the ten STP Partners.

An option, given the STP’s offer training for the creative industries, is that the Respondents consider using facilities of the STP’s and students, as a means of possibly reducing costs, but more importantly as a training opportunity and demonstration of the capacity of the STP’s network.

The anticipated contract commencement date is November 2015.
