RFT PRO3515 | SEVENOAKS SENIOR COLLEGE | NEW MEETING ROOM AND ANCILLARY WORKS
Programmed Facility Management (PFM) on behalf of the Building Management and Works (BMW) and Department of Education (DoE) are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the renovation of the new meeting room and ancillary works at Sevenoaks Senior College.
PREREQUISITE
It is a prerequisite for the experienced qualified building organisation to have;
- Carried out refurbishment/remedial Works of a complex nature in the last three (3) years
Additionally, it is a prerequisite for the tenderer to provide a detailed method of operation of how they intend to carry out the Works. And a detailed program of the Works outlining key milestones.
Kindly note, tenderers whom provide a generic method of operation and program of works will be scored accordingly, should they proceed to the evaluation stage
