Please Note - Proponents must be experienced in the design and construction of major light rail projects / road projects and be able to achieve F75 financial rate under the Austroads National Prequalification System. The roadworks component of the project must be undertaken by a company prequlified to R3 or higher under the Austroads National Prequalification System.
