Business Analyst

The Tax Office is looking to engage an experienced, capable and highly motivated individual as a business analyst. The business analyst will undertake detailed analysis and design for the people, process and technology aspects of the implementation of the enterprise content management framework. The successful applicant will have extensive experience in user centred design and stakeholder consultation, business process modelling skills and technical design skills for the IBM CM/DM/RM product suite, including highly developed problem solving abilities, strong communication and effective client relationship abilities. The candidate will be required to develop an understanding of the business strategy and business context of the Tax Office. The business analyst is expected to deliver clearly documented system designs to enable the development of key content management deliverables using the IBM product suite.
