Description
To apply sprayed hot bitumen (C170 and S20E) seals as required in the DCFH works programs over existing sealed surfaces (re-seals), new works (seals) and patching repairs within the DCFH district. Areas include rural and township roads, carparks and public spaces within the township of Cowell and surrounding areas.
