Media Monitoring Services

Department of the Premier and Cabinet (DPC) has initiated this public tender process with the aim of establishing a contract with a single preferred vendor, centrally managed by DPC, to provide media monitoring services for SA Government Agencies.

This will involve the provision of media monitoring across the following media types:

• Print and digital media

• Publications and journals

• Television

• Radio broadcasts

• Social Media

• Podcasts

In addition to the media monitoring services above, transcripts of radio broadcasts for specified radio stations are also required.

The successful vendor will be required to provide support and training as part of the provision of the above services.

The proposed contractual term is 24 months with an option to extend for a further two (2) x 12 months with a total contract term of 48 months.
