The purpose of this Invitation to Offer is to establish a contract/s with appropriately qualified capability partners to provide Strategic Communications & Stakeholder Engagement Services and Marketing & Multimedia Services support to the Marketing and Communications function on an as-needs basis in matters that relate to high profile passenger transport projects across Queensland, achieving program deliverables within the required timeframe and budget.
