Whites Hill State College Ed4All Science Block Access Upgrade with design responsibility

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design finalisation and construction of access upgrades to the Science Block at Whites Hill State College, located at 138 Burn St Camp Hill, QLD 4152 as part of the Education 4 All program.

The project includes internal refurbishment to a classroom, doorway upgrades and a concrete access ramp with a roof and associated works. The project has a highly developed scope of works with minor design finalisation and detailing works required.

Works are to be completed during Term 4, 2020

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Minimum QBCC Low Rise Builders licence to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1M
