Currently the site is in vacant possession as an empty shell, requiring a functional fitout to meet the operational requirements of the Parliamentary Service as per the attached drawings.
It includes the provision of a:
- secure waiting room,
- meeting room,
- enclosed office for the Member of Parliament,
- open plan office spaces,
- storeroom, and
- kitchenette.
