Kokoda Barracks require demolition to provide valuable land space to enable Defence’s capability for future expansion. The works involve demolition works of buildings including the removal of any redundant pathways and services infrastructure. The works will also involve the extension of the existing perimeter fence to prevent access by unauthorised individuals and to secure the site.
