The Contractor will complete the Design and Construction of the Chester Hill Station Upgrade Project for the Safe Accessible Transport (SAT) Program. The Contract has been entered into following the process set out in the Program Contractor Framework Deed - Station Upgrades Design and Construction (ISD-18-7553), which has been disclosed separately. Framework Deed ISD-18-7553 The disclosed Contract value represents the Contract price plus an additional 10% for GST. The value may be overstated if GST does not apply to all parts of the Contract.
