Provision of Cyber Security and Advisory Services

Augment the Department of Justice’s Cyber Security team with specialist capability to improve the effectiveness of cyber security services including continuing to improve maturity of the "Essential Eight Controls", addressing audit findings in a timely manner and working towards compliance with the Western Australian Government Cyber Security Policy. Work with the Cyber Security team to implement the Department's Cyber Security Strategy and achieve objectives for acceptable levels of risk and minimise the potential of business disruption. As part of the Incident Response Service, provide additional support to the Incident Management team in order to improve effectiveness and timeliness to limit the impact of cyber security incidents. Conduct activities in line with the Department’s Information Security Policy, including the continuous improvement of Information Security risk management and to be aligned with appropriate standards and best practice.
