CQUniversity leases a property at Gladstone Marina Precinct, the University is seeking tender submissions from suitably qualified parties to provide Engineering Condition and Compliance Assessment, performed on the site for the items specifically listed below:

• Pontoon (Infrastructure services etc.)

• Sea wall structure

• Underground fuel tanks

• Main building structure and services

A Mandatory Site Visit will be conducted as follows:
