SCOPE

Queensland Rail is seeking innovative and forward thinking Suppliers to provide consultancy services for the Roster to Pay Optimisation Program Tranche One.
Suppliers are invited to submit an offer(s) in response to Queensland Rail’s Request for Offer (RFO) QRP-22-7

HOW TO TENDER AND ACCESS THE FULL SUITE OF TENDER DOCUMENTS:

You will need to carefully review the provided documents in QTenders to determine if your company would like to request access to the full suite of tender documents in Ariba. Tenderers who wish to submit a response, please follow the below instructions:

1. Tenderers who wish to access the tender documents must register their interest by emailingthe Contact Officer ([email hidden]) and provide the following details:
• Name of Tendering Organisation,
• ABN,
• Name of Tender Representative,
• Email address,
• Phone number,
• Company Address.

2. Ariba Sourcing, Queensland Rail’s tendering system, is the only tendering tool that Tenderers must use to submit their responses. Queensland Rail will not accept any physical responses or responses via the Queensland Government QTenders website.

3. Refer to the attached document “Ariba Guide for Suppliers” for instructions on how to navigate Ariba Sourcing. Note that your interest must be registered with the Contact Officer first before navigating Ariba. The Contact Officer will arrange for your initial registration link to the tender – do not attempt to register your company yourself in Ariba. The Contact Officer will provide you with the link to the tender.

4. If you already have an Ariba account, please do not attempt to find the tender through your account. Please advise the Contact Officer in the first instance that you have an account, provide the ABN, relevant email address and Ariba reference.

5. Once registration in Ariba Sourcing is completed, Tenderers are encouraged to accept the Bidder Agreement under ‘Review and accept prerequisites’ tab to ensure all system generated notifications are received. This includes but is not limited to addendums and clarifications

6. Tender submissions are to include all required supporting documentation, including insurance certificates of currency. Please ensure that you leave enough time to upload all the relevant attachments and answer the questions in Ariba Sourcing.
