Camp Hill SS Pool Ed4All Access with Design Responsibility

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of new equitable access to the pool at Camp Hill State School, located at 676 Old Cleveland Road, Camp Hill QLD 4152, as part of the Education 4 All (Ed4All) program.

The position of the pool is at the front of the school with access via . All works are to be completed by 15^th January 2021.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1 million

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
