Description
Tenders are invited for landscape upgrade works to Cliff Hargreaves Park, Currimundi Lake.
Scope of works includes, but is not limited to:
- Demolition, removal and disposal of existing infrastructure;
- New pedestrian pavements, furniture and fencing;
- Supply and installation of structural aluminium and FRP landings, and stairs;
- Tree planting and softscape;
- Supply and installation of irrigation; and
- Site rehabilitation and establishment/maintenance period.
This lump sum construction contract with works proposed to commence 16 July 2018 and practical completion by 21 September 2018.
