Child Protection: Talking Families Campaign Phase 1 (Wave 2), Phase 2 & 3 - Market Research Services

The Queensland Family and Child Commission (Queensland Government) is seeking proposals from qualified Market Research service Suppliers to provide market research services for Phase 1 (Wave 2), Phase 2 and 3 of the Talking Families campaign between mid-June 2015 to 30 June 2016.

The Customer requires a Supplier with a record of achievement in delivering successful social marketing research to support campaigns for government, including the ability to make relevant and informed recommendations on creative for each phase of the campaign. Additionally, there is a preference that the Supplier has established relationships, partnerships and experience working with indigenous Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders (ATSI) communities and leaders for the critical elements of stakeholder consultations.

In summary the supply of Services incorporates - * project management, * survey development and * data collection.

The Customer requires the minimum research elements to be performed during each campaign phase - * logic workshops, * formative depth research, * concept testing, * baseline data capture and * post campaign evaluation.

The Supplier will be required to deliver the following for each campaign phase - * progress report, * final report, * presentation of findings and * final summary report.

Response Information: This invitation has been prepared to enable any suitably qualified supplier or members of the current Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) PTD0011-14 Whole of Government Market Research panel to submit a response, as such specific information has been incorporated in the ITO for both non-panel members or panel members.
