Description
The Department of Health (the Department) is looking for a subscription to Care Opinion Online platform that enables consumers, carers or family to provide public-facing, moderated and anonymous feedback about their healthcare experiences through story submissions. This platform provides WA Health Service Providers (HSPs) with the opportunity to engage with this public facing feedback, respond appropriately, and, where necessary, implement service improvements based on the insights gained from consumer stories.
